There is a trend that is starting to be seen in this modern day and age, and this trend essentially involves the assumption that the only real way in which you can do anything the right way is if you are incorporating as much advanced technology into it as possible. While this actually does make things better in certain areas this does not change that some of the old school methods that have been used for quite a while are still a bit better than modern solutions that are seeking to replace these methods.

While many would say that modern induction burners are safer and better without a shadow of a doubt, this is actually not the truth even if you have a very loose relationship with things that are as fundamental to our understanding of the nature of our reality as facts and logic. You see, nothing will ever be better than a gas stove. You can incorporate as much technology into cooking as you want but at the end of the day the controlled flame from a gas stove is going to be far superior to the infrared radiation that comes from modern induction burners or however else they try to generate heat without actually creating fire as well.

This is a prime representation of how new does not always mean better, and how old has a pretty good chance of always being gold. You should try older cooking methods such as using a stove that uses gas because there is a reason why it has remained popular for so long as it makes for easier and tastier cooking.
